* 3D applique flowers decorated with stamens at centre and contrast spotted feathers

* Lilac velvet base structure

* Was labelled but is no longer in situ leaving slightly sticky feel

This vintage hat  is in great condition for its age. No holes, damage or notable flaws that I can see other than the lost label and residue.
