* Pretty late 1950s white glazed cotton commercially produced dress
* Fabric design features columns of pink and gold roses with green leaves
* Classic silhouette with cinched waist and full skirt
* Short sleeved bodice with square neckline
* Bodice has tucks at either side of front neckline (later modification)
* Very full circle knife pleated skirt
* Unlined, serged seams with hand finished hem
* Side metal zipper and self belt
* Label reads St Michael, Great Britain
Condition
This dress is in excellent condition for its age. The only issue of note is that the inside facing has been cut to make the modification at the neckline. The facing there has frayed. This is only noticeable from the inside of the dress, externally it presents flawlessly. Cleaned and ready to wear. Please drop us a line if your require additional information about this listing.
