* Beautifully decorated all over with swirling patterns of black sequins

* Intricate beading to hipline and bottom skirt in giant roses floral pattern

* Black self ties at hipline

* Round scooped neck with snaps in shoulders

 

 

Comment

This is an exquisite dress!!  It is in excellent condition for its age, the material is strong and vibrant and the beadwork is in wonderful condition. Just about as good as you can get for a dress of this period. Certainly museum-worthy.
