* High waist featuring spiral patterned netting

* Additional panel insert around hipline featuring wide border of net lace

* Hipline features ivory velvet ribbon border decoration

* Fully lined

* Snaps closed at back (although most snaps are now missing)

 

Comment

This dress is over 100 years old and has had a previous life. Whilst the dress presents beautifully, there are minor flaws apparent including pinholes to netting and a number of earlier repairs to netting. These flaws are reflected in the price of this pretty dress and an example of these flaws is shown in the last photograph.
