Description

* Late 1950s white background pique cotton day dress

* Fabric design features border print of red hibiscus with green leaves and yellow centres

* Classic silhouette with a defined waist and full skirt

* Sleeveless bodice with  cut-in shoulder line

* Deep neckline with a contrasting fold-over red cotton collar

* Skirt is a wide cone shape - belt loops but belt missing

* Back is plain white with cut-in shoulder line

* Pinked seams, side metal zipper, and hand-sewn hem

     * No label

     

    Condition 

    Generally excellent vintage condition.

    No notable flaws that I can see- tiny pin-head darkened dot near zipper but hardly noticeable. Couple of broken threads. Presents beautifully.
