Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting every aspect of our lives, both on a personal, business and community level. During this time, I wanted to reach out and inform you on how we’re dealing with the situation at Coutura Vintage.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone impacted by the virus: either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are ill, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full and speedy recovery. Importantly, we would like to thank the many thousands of selfless healthcare workers around the world who are at the front lines working tirelessly to care for those in need.
As for Coutura Vintage our online services remain fully operational - it’s business as usual (although far from usual circumstances). We are fortunate to live in Bowral, a small town in the Australian countryside where COVID-19 is virtually non existent. So the risk of contagion from one of our products is highly improbable.
Unfortunately the pandemic has resulted in a backlog of parcels worldwide. But our Postal Service continues to operate at increased capacity and assures us that packages will arrive at their destination, albiet with a noticeably longer timeframe.
We are also in the process of offering an alternate express delivery service via DHL for those of you who want your packages more expediently. We will update you when this is finalised.
