* Striking 1950s ivory cotton dress with subtle scrollwork print in white
* Classic silhouette with cinched waist and full skirt
* Sleeveless chemise bodice with double spaghetti straps
* Very full skirt with large stylised poppy border print in blues and greens
* Inset pocket on right side seam
* Unlined, raw seams with hand finished hem
* Low back with metal zipper and side stays for support
* Label reads Jeanne D'Arc
Condition
This dress is in excellent condition for its age. No notable flaws that I can see, apart from a little bit of wear on straps, hardly worth mentioning, and a teeny tiny repair to top of seam under arm where one of the stays must have started to poke through, as they tend to do after a period of time. I must say that it is hardly noticeable, you'd miss it unless inspecting real close. Nothing to detract from the presentation or wearability of this beauty. Cleaned and ready to wear.
